Directions

(On days you train): as a dietary supplement, take 1 serving (6 Hyper-Explode caplets) first thing in the morning with 8 oz. of water and 1 serving 30 minutes before training. (On non-training days): take 1 serving (6 Hyper-Explode caplets) first thing in the morning with 8 oz. of water. Take your second serving approximately 8 hours later on an empty stomach. This product to work pretty good. I noticed some decent strength increase while on it. Before this i was taking bulk cee and they're both similiar in strenght increase, recovery and pumps. A good creatine choice.

I'd say if you are trying to find a creatine product, this one is not the best choice. There are far better and cheaper alternatives that can provide better effects. This product is very under dosed.

This is a relatively new type of creatine matrix. Creatine AKG is one of the newer forms and not manystudies have been done on its effectiveness. However... I have used this and found it to be almost as effective as CEE.

If you feel like trying something new to the market give this product a shot!
