Good product and a great price. Start out taking 1 a day if you are new to this and up to 3 a day for the expert. Really good to take about 45 minutes prior to work out. Will give you that extra energy you need.

Solid Product |

Prolabs caffeine tabs are a solid value. The 200mg per tab is perfect for a bit of quick energy w/o the acid stomach coffee often brings.
I take a tab before my workouts and in the afternoon at work and it really helps keep me going.

Good Caffeine substitue |

I do not drink soda so I really need a kick in the mornings and sometimes before a workout. So I started taking Prolabs caffeine tabs. They have about as much caffeine in a serving as a cup of coffee. I have also used them in my E/C/A stacks before. I really like them and use them on a semi-regular basis.
