Directions
Mix one to three scoops/servings of Fast Twitch in 16 oz. of water. Drink 3/4 of bottle 30-45 minutes before workout. Drink remaining 1/4 bottle during workout. Best results are obtained when taken on an empty stomach. Drink 64 fl. Oz. of water daily. After workouts, take muscle milk within 60 minutes for fast recovery.
