Great taste, filling, but it's still a food thave to be limited due to high calorie content. Still, if you have the choice between a snickers and a Detour, you won't be dissapointed to get the Detour!

This bar tastes great but its a little to high on the GI for me. If your not to carb sensitive or a hardgainer I say have at it and enjoy!

I used to get one of these from the gas station right next to my school when I needed a meal. It doesn't taste bad and full fills what its expected to do.
