Like most diet/fitness regimens, the results depend mostly on proper nutrition and exercize habits. Some of the things detailed in the book, such as waiting a half hour after a workout before you eat anything, I do not agree with. However, there are recommendations in the book that are good additions to many programs, depending on your desired results.
