I used to have minor wrist pains when ever I did heavy curls or anything along with knee pains as well. Started taking elastmine and the pain went away and it has helped keep my joints pain free. (knock on wood). Highly recommended.

Elastamine is Great! |

Due to a severe ankle injury at the age of 13, I have suffered from arthritis pain for the last 15 years.
I started taking glucosamine/chronditin porducts about 4 years ago, and they did make a difference in the level of discomfort.
To prove to myself that they worked, I took 3 months off at the beginning of 2006. The pain level increased.
I've now been back on, and have used Elastamine for 1 month. I can honestly say that this is the best joint supplement I have ever used. Due to an increase in playing golf, I would normally be experiencing a lot of pain in my ankle. But with Elastamine, I rarely feel any pain at all.
I divide the dose and take twice daily; 3 capsules in the morning and 3 capsules in the evening.

I think that everyone that runs or lifts on a consistent basis needs to use this product. I used to have an unstable knee from MCL/meniscus tears and now I have ZERO joint stability problems.

I've tried a few joint products with g/c/msm. This one is by FAR the best. It's got g/c/msm in higher doses than most products, at a price that's a lot lower than most others. This product is a 5. Sick!
