A must have for everyone |

This a staple supplement along w/ Creatine, Whey and Cissus. It not ony give you a daily amount of Omega 3/6/9
But it has also aided my weak stomach. Since takeing this I no longer get stomach aches or diarrhea from using other supplements that had previously left me w/ those symptoms.

Cost effectve Omega 3 |

This is a cost efective way to get the Omega 3 essential fatty acids that you need for cardiovascular health.
I used this product effectively to maintain the ratio of good cholesteral to bad and to elevate my HDL (good Cholesteral) during a time when my use of pro-hormones would have had a bad effect on these lipid values.
The Now brand has made the effort to make sure that their flax oil is of good quality and purity. My bloodwork, taken after use of this product indicated that their product is potent and of benefit in stabilizing and improving my blood-lipid values.
