Directions:
As a dietary supplement, empty one packet of Garbage ® into a 16 fl oz
bottle of water. Shake bottle until drink mix dissolves. For more
intense flavor, mix with less water. To maximize results, drink
Garbage® at least twice daily. Try one in the morning and another at
noon. If you think you are ready for it, try a third later in the
day. Consume Garbage® responsibly. It is not recommended to consume
more than 4 servings per day and more than one serving every 2 hours.
