For what it's worth in the benifits department and for the price this should be a staple product in everyones supplement counter. Also this is a very good price on here. Good luck finidng it cheaper elsewhere.

Excellent Bang for the Buck

I used to order Green Tea Extract in powder form but it was bitter tasting and didn't always mix well. This product is very convient and still delightfuly cheap. It is also easily stacked with a wide variety of other thermogenics if needed. Most people up their dosages to two pills in the morning before doing cardio. I personally just take one every day more so for it's health properties and rely on an EC stack for fat loss/energy.
