Improves my workout	December 16, 2006

This isnt for workouts from what I read its for anxiety however in my case 1 cap taken 2 hours ONLY pre workout seems to add to my focus and overall stamina.

Its cheap enough ESP just pre workout . As the other person noted has to be in your system but I find by 3rd workout taking it only pre workout is enough as its in my system .

It takes a week or so for this herb to build in my system but when it does it helps me have more cardiovascular energy.

I seem to recover between sets and between workouts faster. I cycle this herb as I think it is very effective.
