Best way to promote healthy liver	April 1, 2006

I have used Silymarin Milk Thistle Extract in the past after using substances that were hard on my liver as indicated by elevated enzyme levels. I took several caps per day for a month and when I retested my liver enzymes had returned to normal.

This product is extract and is better than plain Milk Thistle for the reason that you can use less. I recommend this product to anyone that desires to maintain liver health.
