Directions

Take 6 tablets daily - take 3 tablets with 8 oz of water 60-90 minutes prior to training. Take another 3 tablets with 8 oz of water immediately following your workout. Before starting any weight loss or exercise program, it is recommended that you consult with your physician. Store at controlled room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F to maintain freshness.
