Good taste August 12, 2006 Reviewer: young_squatter from Warren, PA United States   I bought this primarily to use it as a cooking oil, I was already a big fan of sesamin but wanted a healthy oil so I bought this. Just try getting fat on this May 2, 2006 Reviewer: James Copping from Newmarket, Suffolk United Kingdom   I always use this in conjunction with fish oil when bulking and I find fat gain is significantly slowed, which is great, with me being an endomorph!  The only side was a slight loss in libido, but nothing to really worry about. Good product! April 15, 2006 Reviewer: quigs   I think that this should be a staple to any cutting cycle.  I used one bottle of this while still bulking and did notice a slight reduction in bodyfat.  While in a calorie deficit, it really helps to shed the pounds. The only negetive is that the liquid is kind of a pain to deal with.  My bottle leaked a bit, and swallowing oil isn't the most enjoyable experience.  If given the choice, opt for the caps. Didn't Seem To Do Anything For Me March 17, 2006 Reviewer: Blesum from United States   It sounds like a great product and many others have reported excellent results with this product.  It just didn't do anything for me.  Bear in mind I'm already naturally lean and I get the impression that it is more effective on those above 15% body fat.
