As a dietary supplement take 3-6 softgels upon rising, once daily. Take with or without meals. Start with 3 softgels daily to assess tolerance, and increase by 1 softgel daily until desired benefits is achieved . Do not exceed 6 softgels in a 24h period.Do not use this product longer than 8 weeks without taking 8 weeks off between each cycle. 8 week off-time must exclude all steroidal products.This product may be stacked with other AndroSeries™ products.
