Shipping Information

Carriers as well as Planetary are closed on the weekends.  Please note that no orders will ship on the weekend.



Domestic Shipping:

Shipping Estimates(after order has shipped)  Please allow 24 to 48 hours for processing

For example if you place your order on Monday before 3:00pm, we typically ship the next business day.  If you place your order on Monday at 7:00 it will usually be Tuesday or Wednesday before we ship it.  Please allow this time when calculating your delivery estimate.  Also, we are closed on Saturday and Sunday so if you order on Friday with UPS Overnight or 2nd Day, please understand that your order still will not ship until Monday or Tuesday however it will be delivered in 1 or 2 business days according to the shipping method. If you have a backordered item on your order you will be notified via e-mail and we will delay your shipment until the product is in stock.  If it is going to take longer than a week we generally ship your other products free of charge and ship the backordered item when it comes in.


We are located in North Carolina.  Typically packages on the east coast are delivered in 2 business days for Ground Service and 2 to 3 business days for the midwest.  West Coast orders are 4 to 5 business days for Ground. 


Shipping Methods

First Class Mail- (5 days-4weeks) This is the cheapest method and can only be used if under 16oz.  Orders can take up to 3 weeks however. The average is about 7 days.  There is no real time  tracking  and sometimes orders take up to 3 weeks for delivery 

 Flat Ground-(1-6 business days depending on location) *US States Only  NO APO and FPO Addresses.  Ground packages are sent UPS.  A little more expensive than First Class or Priority Mail but you get real time tracking and UPS is very consistent.

UPS 2nd Day Air-(2 business days) *US States Only (Please note this is an estimated delivery time AFTER your order has shipped) If you order on Friday, we may not ship until Monday or Tuesday and then it would be delivered on Wednesday or Thursday.

UPS 3 Day-(3 business days) *US States Only (Please note this is an estimated delivery time AFTER your order has shipped and is 3 business days not including weekends)

UPS Overnight Saver(1 business day) after we ship the order.  Please allow 24 to 48 hours to ship, then the order will be delivered in 1 business day.  This does not include weekends or holidays.

US Priority Mail-(3-5 days is typical but can take up to 2 weeks)All PO Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Military addresses must be sent with this method.  Military addresses can take up to 8 weeks but are usually delivered within 7-14 days


International Shipping

DISCLAIMER: We cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside the United States. If you have any questions, we encourage you to speak with your customs office, although we will ship any products you order to the address you provide.

The laws are different in every country, they change often, and we cannot keep up with them all. The responsibility is yours to check with your country's Customs office to see if your country allows the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order) to your country.

We will ship the products that you pick to the address that you provide. We will give you the best service and ship it very quick at the rates that we have agreed to on our site. If for whatever reason the package is seized by Customs Officials, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. Most orders make it through customs fine; however, most orders that are stopped are returned to us. Also, if the package is returned to us by Customs Officials, you are still responsible for any shipping charges. You pay actual shipping charges based on the weight of the package.

Any duties or taxes that may apply are your responsibility.

What if my package is seized?

If your package is stopped by customs in your country, you may or may not receive a notice from them. If the products are indeed illegal in your country, they will most likely return the package to us. If they do, there may be a return shipping fee. Once the package is received back by us, we will contact you by e-mail and refund you for the products, minus the shipping fees. You can also use this credit towards different products or have the package shipped again. We will help you out!

If the package is not sent back to us or if it is destroyed, we will not be able to refund any part of the purchase price.  We will do our best to make sure your orders arrive safely.

How do you ship international packages?


UPS Worldwide Express (2-3 business days) After we ship.
UPS Worldwide Expedited (3 to 5 business days) After we ship.

Shipments to Canada
Orders to Canada are shipped UPS Worldwide Express or Expedited. Please check customs restrictions, as some of our products could get seized. We will not refund your money should your order not make it through customs, unless our products are returned undamaged.

Other International Shipments
Orders outside the US and Canada are shipped either by UPS Worldwide Express or UPS Expedited.  Our shopping cart will calclate the shipping charges for you.  We accept either credit cards or money orders in US Funds.  We will not ship to any other address other than the bill to address of the credit card holder.  Please make sure upon ordering of your countries customs restrictions.  We do sell products in the US that are not allowed in other countries and will not be responsible for your order getting seized. 

Before placing your order:

We request that you contact your customs office, and ask about import regulations and restrictions before placing your order. It is important for you to become familiar with the Customs policies for your specific country before ordering. Customs regulations differ by country and not knowing their regulations can result in your order incurring high import duties, delivery being delayed, or returned to us. Please check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of the products you are going to order from us and if any additional licenses or permits are needed.

Please Note: If your order is returned to us due to banned / restricted products, a wrong address, refusal to pay customs fees, refusal to accept order, or because no one was there to accept delivery of your order, we will refund your credit card as follows:

You will be refunded the total amount of the order minus the shipping charge and 25 percent restock fee. We will also subtract any other outside charges we have incurred during shipping, such as warehousing fees, return postage fees, etc.

If the cost to return the product to us is larger than the cost of the refund due, we will instruct the carrier to abandon the order and there will be no credit for the order. If the product(s) is seized by customs there will be no credit processed for the product(s).
