Yes, we have a lot of experience shipping internationally and welcome our customers from other countries. Please see our shipping page for more details.
Do you screen for credit card fraud?
Absolutely. We take many steps in checking orders for their legitimacy and also work with the proper authorities to prosecute any fraudulent orders.
Is using a credit card safe?
Yes. We have a very secure site using SSL technology with 128 bit encryption to protect the privacy of your credit card information. You can click on our Geotrust Security Certificate to verify our site is secure.
How can I pay for my order?
We currently accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Paypal for real time processing online. You may also order with a money order, personal check or certified check. Payments made with personal checks will not be shipped until the proper funds are received and cleared by your bank. Our ordering system will allow you to process the order with any payment, but you will have to mail us your payment if paying by check or money order.
How much will shipping charges be?
Your order will be based on weight and you can get an estimate of shipping charges on our home page by clicking on a product and checking out.
Can I track my order?
Yes, with our system you can log in with your user id and password and get updates on each order you place. This will only work if you filled out your e-mail address and password when you placed your order.
Do you accept APO and FPO addresses?
Yes. All orders with APO and FPO addresses are shipped via USPS. Delivery times will vary and there is currently no tracking system for USPS.
Can I return my order?
Yes once we have approved an authorization and made sure the product isnt opened. You must e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a return authorization #. Orders must be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving the product. We do not accept opened boxes for return. A restocking fee of 25% will be charged for all returns. Once you have a return authorization # please mail product back to:

Note: You will be credited for the amount of the order minus the restocking fee and shipping charges, once we receive the product and make sure it hasn't been opened.
What if all of my items are not in stock?
We will send an e-mail, providing you have given us an e-mail address to let you know which products are not in stock and can either suggest a replacement or we can take the item off the order.
