Normally, ATP must be present as part of the krebs cycle. But Forslean activates the krebs cycle without ATP, and in the process forces stored fat to be transported to the muscles to be used as fuel.
One of the most difficult feats to accomplish is fat loss without some degree of resultant muscle loss. Even more rare is to actually gain muscle while losing fat. Finishing off Group 1 is Potassium Iodide (Iodine).
