Ursol XT by Forerunner Labs contains 25% ursolic acid to bring you a high potency extract in a cyclodextrin formual for maximum absorption.  Ursol XT is a natural extract and the bodybuilding community is using it to reduce fat stores while preserving muscle.    Ursol XT is a relatively new ingredient to the market however initial feedback has been very promising.  You can essentially use it one of two ways.  The most popular would likely be simply as a non stimulate fat loss agent.  Initial studies show that it can reduce cortisol, which is known to help store fat around the mid section.  Ursolic acid shrinks fat cells.  It is believed that it achieves this by both enhancing lipolysis (fat burning) and blocking fatty acid synthesis.   It my also affect fat stores by blocking the cortisol activating enzyme 11b-HSD1.  So you can possibly lose fat without jeopardizing your lean muscle tissue.  Another great way to use Ursol would be for a bulk.  In theory users would be able to try and put on mass at a quicker rate without putting on as much fat as they normally would without th help of Ursol XT.
